Bob Stewart has been entertaining the masses for over 30 years. He performs two different styles of entertainment depending on the venues requirements.

1. Scottish/Celtic and Contemporary songs on acoustic guitar and bodhran, “Irish Drum”. His performances are lively with the occasional story, historical or hysterical, make your own mind up! You can sit with a dram or singalong with some well known classics.

 

2. Popular Pop/Rock, Celtic and Country on Electric guitar with backing.

 Join in and dance the night away to some well known hits and reimagined electric versions of folk classics.

Bob was born in Alyth, Perthshire and has been a full-time musician since 1989. He has played in several successful bands, touring Scotland and Europe before going solo in 2007. Now Based in Rattray, Blairgowrie and performing the length and breadth of the country, he is looking forward to a busy year!

 

 He has performed for national Radio and TV and featured in BBC Scotland’s TV programme “My Kind Of Town”; presented by Ian Hamilton, Blairgowrie and Rattray episode, in2020! Still available on catch up!​

 

Bob has a new country cd due for release this year (2022). There are two traditional albums already available, “SHEE”  and “SPILLED DRINKS AND BROKEN GLASSES”, the latter being a live album recorded on his Scottish tour 2018. These two albums are available from Bob on the night or from usual download platforms, iTunes, Spotify etc. More information can be found on the website. There is also a CD available of songs performed with the electric guitar and backing called  “NEW AVENUES”
